Laura McKinney Represents Major Gatlinburg Entertainment and Dining Attraction in Sale
Laura McKinney represented Marion Paul in the sale of Fannie Farkle’s, a premier Gatlinburg entertainment and dining attraction, to Jim and Matt Knowles, West Virginia-based brothers who operate several businesses under their K&K Music company. Since 1981, Fannie Farkle’s has operated as a popular, family-friendly arcade and eatery in the Smoky Mountains. The transaction was finalized on November 1, 2021.
