Advises employers on issues under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and FLSA
Defends employers at the administrative level and in state and federal courts against allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge
Assists employers in determining appropriate disability and religious accommodations for employees
Routinely drafts employee restrictive covenant agreements in an effort to protect employers’ legitimate business interests, such as trade secrets, confidential data, customer goodwill, client relationships, and investment in employee training
Routinely drafts and revises employment policies and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Assists employers with the enforcement of noncompete agreements
