Dana Perry and Greg Willett to Participate in Southern Adventist University Estate Planning Advising Program
Dana Perry and Greg Willett will participate in the “Ask an Attorney” program hosted by Southern Adventist University. The program will take place from October 16-24, 2023, and will allow attendees a free, one-hour consultation with an estate planning attorney or financial advisor to learn about important estate planning basics, including essential planning documents, elder care planning, and post-death estate administration matters, as well as planning for retirement, debt consolidation, budgeting, and investing.

Dana is the chair for our elder law and special needs planning groups. Greg is the chair for our estate planning practice area. He assists clients with drafting plans —ranging from simple wills and powers of attorney to the highly complex area of tax planning — and various types of trusts. Greg is actively involved in administering estate plans through both court-supervised probate administration and the non-probate trust administration process. By concentrating on both estate planning and estate administration, he has been able to provide multigenerational wealth planning and wealth preservation for many families across the nation.
