Dana Perry and Colter Parker to Lead Folks at Home Webinar
Dana Perry and Colter Parker will lead an elder law and estate planning webinar for Folks at Home members and their families on Thursday, September 21, 2023. Their presentation, “Elder, Estate, and Special Needs Planning: Planning for the Journey,” will discuss important estate planning topics, including incapacity and end of life planning, housing and financial options, financial exploitation, and more. They will also provide attendees with resources for navigating complex planning situations.
Dana is the chair for our elder law and special needs planning groups. A Certified Elder Law Attorney with more than 30 years’ experience, she advises individuals and families on all of their options for multi-generational estate and tax planning, long-term care and end of life planning, benefits including Medicaid and Medicare, various trusts, and beyond.
