Chambliss Unveils Collaborative New Space in EDGE Magazine
EDGE magazine recently published “Coffee Bars, Putting Greens, Rooftop Patios, and More Can be Found at These Forward Thinking Chattanooga Companies” in their July 2024 issue. The article spotlights Chattanooga-area businesses that have transformed their office environments to promote employee wellness, attract talent, conduct business, and enhance company culture. Among these businesses, Chambliss is featured for our newly renovated 17th floor in Liberty Tower. New top-floor highlights include a coffee bar, open-air room, and communal areas designed to foster collaboration and connection among employees and clients.
In addition, the article highlights President and Managing Shareholder Mark Cunningham’s perspective on the new space.
Here’s a snapshot from the article:
From the beginning, Cunningham says, the new space has achieved exactly what they intended. Staff are showing up, bringing clients, and using the area to conduct business and share ideas in a friendlier, more informal setting.
The coffee shop and library are named in honor of two of the firm’s founding members. The coffee shop, named Jac’s, pays tribute to Jac Chambliss, who passed away in 2010. The library is named Songwood, after the Signal Mountain home of Maxfield “Max” Bahner and his wife, Sara Bahner, who both passed during the fall of 2023.
