Chambliss Law Welcomes Paralegal Emily Rice
Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Emily Rice who will serve the firm and its clients as a paralegal in the estate and trust administration practice area.
“We are thrilled to have Emily join our estate and trust administration team,” said Mark Cunningham, president and managing shareholder at Chambliss. “She has shown a willingness to go above and beyond for our clients and has a high level of professionalism. We can’t wait to see the positive impact she has on our clients as she assists them through complex situations.”
Emily frequently assists clients in Tennessee and Georgia with estate and trust administration matters. She is responsible for ensuring execution of the estate and trust administration process is done to the client’s satisfaction while making the transition as smooth as possible. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, she graduated from Longwood University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in political science with a concentration in pre-law and minor in psychology. Emily currently serves as the social media chair for the Southeast Tennessee Paralegal Association.
With almost a decade in the legal field, Emily brings an experienced yet fresh perspective to the team. In previous roles, she assisted with conservatorships, guardianships, civil litigation, insurance defense, and family law matters.
