Join Chambliss and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) of Tennessee for an exclusive fireside chat on Thursday, March 27, 2025. The event will feature David Kinzler, CEO of One to One Health, who will discuss opportunities in the employer health market and his experience scaling a company from a regional to national provider of health care services. David will share insights into the key factors that have driven One to One Health‘s success, challenges the company has navigated, and future aspirations. He will also highlight how the broader talent landscape — including startup ecosystems, enterprise employers, and professional networks — has supported the company’s expansion in engineering, operations, and health care.

About David Kinzler
David Kinzler joined One to One Health in July of 2021 to serve as CEO. One to One Health provides primary care to over 400,000 patients nationwide through direct contracts with employers. Prior to One to One, David worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he supported a wide range of strategic engagements for Fortune 500 clients. Before transitioning to the private sector David spent 12 years in government service, first as a Marine infantry officer and then as the Legislative Director of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee under Chairman Bob Corker. In the Senate, David supported the passage of landmark legislation regarding Iran, development finance, and foreign assistance. In the Marines, David deployed four times and was decorated for valor in Afghanistan. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
