Amy Boulware to Present in Chattanooga CMSA Webinar on Elder Care Planning
Amy Boulware will present during the Chattanooga Case Management Society of America’s (CMSA) Southeast Education Coalition webinar series on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Amy will equip case managers and service providers with the essential tools that are important for elder care planning. Her presentation, “10 Things You Should Know About Planning for Elder Care,” will offer insights on incapacity documents, conservatorship and its appropriateness for elders with dementia, and end-of-life decision-making.

Amy Boulware is an elder care and special needs care manager and a Tennessee Licensed Advance Practice Social Worker (LAP MSW). For over 30 years, she has devoted her time to serving elders, people with disabilities, and their families through advocacy and geriatric and special needs care coordination. Amy helps clients navigate a world of senior and disability services and provides hands-on assistance, from advising on geriatric-related matters like Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance — to working with parents of adult children with disabilities as they age.
