Amy Boulware to Present at Welcome Home Fall 2022 Demystifying Death Program
Amy Boulware will be a guest speaker at Welcome Home of Chattanooga’s Fall Demystifying Death course on October 20, 2022. This eight-week online course educates professionals and students on the importance of the financial and legal issues that occur when a loved one passes away. Amy’s presentation will articulate the value of planning, so families feel secure when a loved one passes away. Amy’s in-depth knowledge will provide guidance on the importance of preparing legal and financial documents to prevent struggles during what already may be a stressful time for families.

Amy Boulware is an elder care and special needs care manager and a Tennessee Licensed Advance Practice Social Worker (LAP MSW). For nearly three decades, she has devoted her time to serving elders, people with disabilities, and their families through advocacy and geriatric and special needs care coordination. Amy helps clients navigate a world of senior and disability services and provides hands-on assistance, from advising on geriatric-related matters like Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance — to working with parents of adult children with disabilities as they age.
