Willa Kalaidjian Co-Authors “5 Cybersecurity Tips for the ‘Flipped-turned Upside Down’ World” in ACC Docket
Willa Kalaidjian recently co-authored “5 Cybersecurity Tips for the ‘Flipped-turned Upside Down’ World” in the December issue of ACC Docket, a publication of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). Willa worked with Gulam Zade, CEO and General Counsel of LOGICFORCE, on the article which provides important cybersecurity protocols organizations should consider to mitigate data breaches and more. Willa and Gulam explain how the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in many stay-at-home orders, which in turn means more employees working from home. The article states, “Because employers have fewer controls and physical safeguards over home networks and personal devices, remote work environments create increased opportunities for accidental or criminal security breaches. The digital response to COVID-19 exposed these gaps, as attackers are increasingly targeting remote vulnerabilities to gain access to valuable proprietary business information.” For specific tips that your organization may want to consider as remote working continues to be prevalent, please read the full article.
