Bill Aiken is one of only two attorneys in the country named a Super All-Star and has been a four-year Client Service MVP. He has been honored by Best Lawyers three times as the Chattanooga Corporate Lawyer of the Year and twice as the Chattanooga Health Care Lawyer of the Year.
Justin was recognized for his work in labor and employment law. He regularly advises and counsels clients in various industries including manufacturing, education, transportation, and health care on complex employment-related matters. Justin has successfully defended and assisted clients in federal and state courts across the country and before numerous administrative agencies. He was recognized as “Up and Coming” for Labor & Employment in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers in 2018, and since 2014, he has been named a Mid-South Rising Star for Employment and Labor by Super Lawyers.
Bill Pickering was recognized for his work in labor and employment law. He serves as labor and trial counsel for some of the Chattanooga area’s largest companies and has successfully defended high stakes business and employment cases in multiple states. Bill was named a recognized practitioner in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers for Labor & Employment in 2018. He has consistently been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for labor and employment law and litigation and was named Chattanooga Labor and Employment Litigation Lawyer of the Year in 2015 and Chattanooga Employment Law-Management Lawyer of the Year in 2016.
