Senior Counsel Max Bahner to Be Honored with 2018 American Inns of Court Professionalism Award for the Sixth Circuit
Our wonderful colleague and dear friend T Maxfield “Max” Bahner will receive the prestigious 2018 American Inns of Court Professionalism Award for the Sixth Circuit later in May during the Sixth Circuit Annual Judicial Conference. The ceremony will be held at the Nashville Music City Center where Chief Judge R. Guy Cole, Jr., and Judge Pamela L. Reeves will present Max with the award. For the official announcement, click here.
Max has been with the firm for over 50 years, primarily practicing in complex litigation. He has served in leadership roles for numerous bar associations and is a founding Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation and the Chattanooga Bar Foundation and a Life Fellow of the American Bar Association.
