Willa Kalaidjian is a corporate attorney with over a decade of experience advising clients on commercial contracts and transactions. As chair of the Business Section, she represents businesses at all stages of growth – from startups to public companies – in various industries such as technology, manufacturing, 3-D printing, consumer goods and services, telecommunications, government, nonprofit, and transportation and logistics.
Acting as an extension of the client’s team, Willa regularly advises on entity choice and corporate structure, intellectual property rights, cybersecurity and privacy, SaaS and license agreements, mergers and acquisitions, equity incentive plans, and financing transactions. She also counsels clients on environmental law matters, including permitting, land remediation, due diligence, wetland mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
