Stephany Pedigo is honored to represent and assist clients in the estate planning process. With more than 20 years of experience, she utilizes estate-based and trust-based planning to protect and direct clients to provide for their families while also protecting their assets. Stephany often focuses on providing planning advice and drafting wills, trusts, and incapacity documents for her clients, as well as helping them in trust and estate administration. In addition, she provides solutions that are tailored to address the uncertain and evolving tax climate, such as effectively utilizing tax credits and finding ways to minimize estate taxes. She is committed to assisting clients in a caring and responsive manner in their planning and when they face the challenging task of administering a loved one's estate.
Stephany has a broad range of experience that makes her a well-rounded attorney capable of understanding a wide range of issues and bringing this perspective to her clients. Licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, her career has included representing clients in litigation, mediations, being appointed to represent children as the guardian ad litem in adoption matters and juvenile proceedings, representing individuals in judicial commitment hearings, and serving as guardian ad litem in conservatorship cases.
