With over two decades of human resources experience, Penny Murray is responsible for managing and implementing the firm's policies, recruiting and staffing, employee relations, and performance management. In addition, she works to continuously develop and expand talent, diversity and inclusion, strategic planning, goal attainment, benefits and wellness, compensation, and policy design.
Penny brings a well-rounded set of skills to the firm, including a proven track record and demonstrated success directing talent and benefits functions. She is passionate about people and strives to build and support Chambliss' talented team while always keeping our clients and community in mind. She works with numerous community volunteer programs, is a member of several professional associations, and holds multiple certifications.
