Jared Adams works closely with for-profit and nonprofit entities throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic in a variety of industries, including health care, biotech, transportation, professional services, and manufacturing. Whether it is assisting startup companies with formation and venture and seed financings or working with clients on selling or expanding their business, he is ready and able to work with companies at any stage of the business lifecycle. Jared also has a wealth of experience assisting nonprofit corporations, including health care nonprofits, as they plan through the minutiae that comes with the additional tax and state regulatory matters of running tax-exempt organizations.
Jared strives to create a holistic approach for his clients, using knowledge garnered from his background as legislative counsel to U.S. Senator Bob Corker and previous practice as a transactional attorney in Roanoke, Virginia. Having worked for both the state and federal government and served on various nonprofit boards, Jared understands the value of public service and seeks to work with nonprofits to expand their community involvement in a prudent and cost-effective manner.
