Mark Cunningham and Justin Furrow to Present on Recent COVID-19 Legislation and Liability Issues at TASCA Fall Conference
Mark Cunningham and Justin Furrow will present at the Tennessee Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (TASCA) Fall Conference and Trade Show. In their presentation, “COVID-19 and the Workplace: Recent Legislation and Liability Issues,” they will cover emerging risks for employers post COVID-19 and related employer and employee rights regarding verification of vaccination, employee policies, COVID-19 testing, and sanitation protocols. They will also discuss risk management concerns in the event of employee non-compliance with newly identified COVID-19 related policies.
