Justin Furrow to Co-Present on Effectively Utilizing Outside Employment Counsel in ACC Webinar
Justin Furrow, Chambliss labor and employment chair, and Chris Hennen, corporate counsel at McKee Foods Corporation, will present on the outside employment counsel relationship in an upcoming webinar hosted by the Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). In their presentation “Effective Utilization of Outside Employment Counsel: How It Has Been Done, and How COVID-19 Affected the Relationship,” Justin and Chris will discuss how corporate counsel can and should maximize their relationship with other attorneys and how the COVID-19 pandemic has altered the relationship. During their presentation, they will also provide real-life examples and challenges.

Justin chairs the Labor and Employment section and co-chairs the Chambliss COVID-19 Task Force, which continues to monitor and provide updates on legislative and regulatory developments and other legal implications of the COVID-19 pandemic.
