Justin Furrow Leads ACC Webinar Discussion on Impacts of COVID-19 Pandemic on Labor and Employment
Justin Furrow will join members from the Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) for a live webinar on the state of the legal landscape as it relates to running a business today. In the presentation “We’re Not in Kansas Anymore – Where Are We Now?” Justin will discuss legal obligations that remain in effect through 2021, ways to prepare for an emergency in the future, how coronavirus changed the way both small and large businesses are running, and things to keep in mind during Q4 and year-end. The virtual meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 3 p.m. EST. If you are interested in attending, please register on the ACC website.
Justin chairs the Labor and Employment section and co-chairs the Chambliss COVID-19 Task Force, which continues to monitor and provide updates on legislative and regulatory developments and other legal implications of the COVID-19 pandemic.
