Jeffrey Maddux Profiled in EDGE Magazine for Chattanooga Bar Leadership
EDGE Magazine recently published “Jeffrey Maddux hopes to rebuild connections in leading the Chattanooga Bar Association,” an article discussing Jeffrey Maddux’s current practice and the plans he has for his year as the president of the Chattanooga Bar Association. Describing Chattanooga as having a “close-knit legal community,” Jeffrey and other board members are looking forward to fostering connection and creating a sense of community among the association’s members.
Jeffrey is a shareholder and has built a national practice representing clients on commercial litigation matters in the education and financial services industries. He often advises on federal and state laws related to regulatory compliance, business reorganizations and liquidations, receiverships, and consumer bankruptcies. He has been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers as a Rising Star since 2014 for his practice in business litigation and bankruptcy.
