Jeffrey Maddux and Nate Kinard Featured in Spring/Summer Issue of TDLA Journal
The Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association recently published “GG v. Boyd-Buchanan: Case Update” featuring Jeffrey Maddux and Nate Kinard in their Spring/Summer 2020 digital issue of The Journal. This article provided a synopsis of the recent case G.G. v. Boyd-Buchanan School. The Tennessee Court of Appeals affirmed that a breach of contract claim is not a warrant for plaintiffs to seek expensive and burdensome evidence relating to other, potentially similar, breaches of contract.
