Free Estate Planning Clinic “Wills for Heroes” Benefitting Local First Responders
Sponsored by the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and Wills for Heroes Foundation

Wills for Heroes, an event sponsored by the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and the national Wills for Heroes Foundation, will soon be hosted at our firm on Saturday, March 24. This event will unite Chambliss attorneys and other area attorneys to provide basic estate planning services, such as simple wills and powers of attorney, to qualified first responders, including active, retired, and volunteer firefighters, police officers, paramedics, corrections and probation officers from federal, state, county, city, and town departments and agencies.
In 2008, the Wills for Heroes program became the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division’s primary public service project. Thousands of first responders and their families have benefitted from this program since its creation, and hundreds of attorneys have volunteered their time. This is a special opportunity to give back to those who risk their lives daily for the safety of Hamilton County and its community. Wills for Heroes will take place on March 24 from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Chambliss Conference Center, located in Liberty Tower at 605 Chestnut Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Individuals can make an appointment by contacting Logan Threadgill, Chambliss attorney and member of the TBA Young Lawyers Division, via wfh@chamblisslaw.com.
