Doug Griswold and Justin Furrow will present on recent changes to EEOC workplace wellness rules for the Chattanooga Regional Workplace Wellness Association at CHI Memorial Hospital on April 17, 2018. This presentation will be focused on the recent federal court ruling on AARP v. EEOC and its potential impacts on employer-sponsored wellness programs.
