Dana Perry to Speak to Institute of Management Accountants on Elder Law Issues
On February 21, 2018, Chambliss Elder Law Group Chair, Dana Perry, will present “Elder Legal Planning: Embrace the Journey and Avoid Roadblocks” to the Chattanooga Chapter of Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). The presentation will cover topics such as estate planning with Medicaid, long term care insurance, nursing home placement, and end of life care decisions.
