Chambliss Represents Alleo Health System in the Acquisition of ABC Hospice
Jim Catanzaro and Doug Griswold recently represented Alleo Health System in the acquisition of ABC Hospice of Rainsville, AL. ABC Hospice will continue offering specialized knowledge and quality hospice services to families in need in Cherokee, Dekalb, Etowah, Jackson, Madison, and Marshall counties in Northeast Alabama. With this addition, Alleo Health System will now serve counties across four states: Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama.
ABC Hospice, which was a privately owned for-profit company, will now be operated to pursue Alleo’s nonprofit purpose. ABC Hospice will continue to provide extensive family-focused services seeking to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their loved ones during their end of life journey. ABC is focused on pain management for patients facing terminal illness and grief support for their families.
