Chambliss Represents Alleo Health System in Acquisition of Comprehensive Care
Jim Catanzaro, Chambliss Business Section Chair, represented Alleo Health System, Hospice of Chattanooga‘s parent company, in the acquisition of Comprehensive Care, a private-duty care agency in Southeast Tennessee. This addition to the Alleo portfolio will result in increased quality services in their continuum of care. Chambliss’ Elder Law Section has worked with Comprehensive Care, who provides a range of home assistance for seniors and individuals with disabilities who need help with food, transportation, and day-to-day activities for up to 24 hours per day. They often work in clients’ homes but sometimes provide services in nursing homes or senior housing facilities. Alleo provides hospice, palliative, and children’s services along with counseling and grief support.
