Chambliss Law Represents Family-Owned Coke Tullahoma
Bill Aiken recently led the Chambliss M&A group in assisting 113-year-old Coca-Cola Bottling Works of Tullahoma in selling its family-owned business to Reyes Holdings, L.L.C, a Coca-Cola bottler and craft beer distributor that delivers more than 1.3 billion cases of beverages and food products per year from over 170 locations around the globe. Reyes is headquartered outside Chicago in Rosemont, Illinois, and plans to expand into Tennessee with this addition.
