Chambliss Law Firm Welcomes New Paralegal to Real Estate Group
Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. welcomes Rachel Allred who recently joined the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Business Sections as a paralegal.

The addition of Rachel will allow our firm to continue to serve our clients in an effective and efficient manner. ”
Rachel assists clients with the acquisition, development, management, and leasing of commercial real estate properties by drafting agreements, reviewing title, and assisting with due diligence. She also works in the Business Sector assisting clients with forming, growing, or dissolving their businesses and researching tax and corporate compliance matters.
She previously worked as a legal clerk in transactional law for Apperson Crump PLC in Memphis, Tenn. In this position, Rachel assisted with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, representing buyers and sellers in multi-million dollar hotel, multi-family, and commercial retail developments.
Rachel earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During her time at the University of Memphis, Rachel received the CALI Award for the Elder Law Clinic, awarded to the highest scoring student in the program. Rachel also graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in human and organizational development and a minor in corporate strategy.
