Chambliss Law Announces Three New Shareholders
Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C., is pleased to announce Calvin “Cal” Marshall, Jed Roebuck, and Kirby Waddell Yost have been elected as shareholders of the firm. The new shareholders, all recipients of distinguished honors and accolades at state and national levels, represent Chambliss’ continued development of the next generation of leaders and trusted advisors to the firm’s clients. While each has developed their own unique practice, together they have a wealth of experience representing clients on matters related to business, cybersecurity, health care, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.

Marshall, a member of the firm’s health care and business sections, works with clients on a variety of transactional and regulatory matters, including compliance with federal and state privacy, security and breach notification laws, health care fraud and abuse, government contracting, telemedicine, and medical billing-specific contracting and regulatory issues, among others. He also works with startup companies and nonprofits on organizational, regulatory, and transactional matters. Marshall has served in several leadership roles within the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section. He was named a 2019 Rising Star by the Mid-South Super Lawyers and was recently elected a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
Roebuck is a member of the firm’s business, mergers and acquisitions, and health care sections. He counsels clients on private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and other business combinations in various industries. He has extensive experience in health care acquisitions and joint ventures—particularly for provider groups and revenue cycle management companies. Roebuck is also involved in representing health care entities regarding ongoing operations, compliance, and strategic planning. He was named a Rising Star by the Mid-South Super Lawyers in 2018 and 2019 and is a member of Leadership Chattanooga’s class of 2020.
Yost is a member of the real estate and business sections. She works with owners and developers of all sizes on real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and advising on land use, zoning, and other real property matters. She also works with various regional and national businesses on entity organization and general business matters. Yost was selected by the Tennessee Bar Association for the 2019 Leadership Law Program and is an alumna of Leadership Chattanooga.
