Chambliss Elects New Members for 2021 Executive Committee
Chambliss recently announced Cathy Dorvil and Laura McKinney were elected by the shareholders to serve on the Executive Committee for 2021. Cathy and Laura join Mark Cunningham, Bill Dearing, and Greg Willett. Jeffrey Maddux and Michael Stewart completed their two-year terms with the board. Each of the committee members have been selected for their leadership and commitment to client and employee success.

Cathy, a shareholder and member of the litigation and risk management section, also serves as the chair of Chambliss’ Recruitment committee and previously chaired the Diversity committee for several years. She is a fearless litigator for health care and commercial clients across the U.S. Laura is also a shareholder and a member of the firm’s business & M&A sections. Focusing on transactional work, Laura counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters in a wide range of industries. Both are active members of the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute.
