Chambliss Assists Branch Technology With $11M Funding Round
Branch Technology recently completed an $11 million funding round with assistance from Willa Kalaidjian and Courtney Keehan. The funding was provided by EquipmentShare.com, Inc., with oversubscribed support from Brick & Mortar Ventures, Chattanooga Renaissance Fund, and other previous investors. Including the Series A round raised, Branch has raised more than $22 million with strategic investors.
This latest round of funding will allow Branch to grow their team with industry experts and expand the capabilities and scale of their robotic production fleet. Willa and members of Chambliss Startup Group have worked with the company for several years, advising on debt and equity financing, corporate governance, contracts, and general business matters. Branch Technology is a large-scale 3D printing company that offers a patented printing process known as Cellular Fabrication that allows material to solidify in open space. Branch has gained national attention from organizations like MIT and NASA, becoming a lead innovator in the commercial construction space.
Willa Kalaidjian is a shareholder and chair of the Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions group, Cybersecurity group, and Chambliss Startup Group.
