Steve Barham and Jeffrey Maddux Featured in “CARES Act Means Bankruptcy Changes”
The Hamilton County Herald published “CARES Act Means Bankruptcy Changes,” an article discussing the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) and the two bankruptcy codes that may impact both businesses and individuals. Steve Barham and Jeffrey Maddux contributed to the interview by explaining how these changes may affect small business owners and other individuals who are considering bankruptcy. Both attorneys provide clients with legal counsel related to financial services and litigation and risk management. They understand matters from both the business owners’ and leaders’ side and from the perspective of banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions which they regularly advise.
