Amy Boulware Serves as Panelist at 8th Annual Memory Fair
Chambliss care manager Amy Boulware will serve as an expert panelist at the 8th Annual Memory Fair on Thursday, June 29, from 5:30 – 7:30pm at Morning Pointe of Chattanooga. This year’s theme is “Continuum of Care: Addressing Dementia from First Signs to Final Stages.” Admission is free, but RSVP to 423-296-0097.
