Rachel D. Allred


Rachel supports the Commercial Real Estate and Business Sections. She assists with the acquisition, development, management, and leasing of commercial real estate properties by drafting agreements, reviewing titles, and assisting with due diligence. She also organizes, forms, and dissolves corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and conducts tax and other corporate compliance and research.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked for Apperson Crump PLC in Memphis, Tennessee, where she assisted with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, representing buyers and sellers in multi-million dollar hotel, multi-family, and commercial retail developments, drafting contracts and leases, reviewing titles, assisting with obtaining environmental, zoning, and liquor permits, and coordinating with lenders, franchisors, legal counsel, and buyers/sellers during due diligence, financing, closing, and post-closing periods. Rachel also formed legal entities, conducted research related to corporate governance, and assisted with the representation of borrowers and lenders with financing and refinancing commercial loans.
