Logan Threadgill represents clients in a broad spectrum of business litigation matters in state and federal courts. He also frequently represents clients in arbitrations and mediations for various construction-related matters, including cases involving defective design and construction claims, warranty claims, payment disputes, and breach of contract claims. Additionally, he counsels clients on myriad contract-related issues involving insurance, limitation of liability and exculpatory clauses, indemnification provisions, dispute resolution provisions, warranties, and others. Logan has a deep understanding of certain statutory rights pertinent to the construction industry, including rights arising out of Tennessee’s Mechanic's and Materialmen's Lien Statute, the Prompt Pay Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
Logan also advises clients in the financial services industry and represents local, regional, and national banks and credit unions with contract claims, loan disputes, and bankruptcy matters, including adversary proceedings. No matter the issue, he seeks to have a firm understanding of each client's goals from the onset of any matter, and he strives to achieve them with tenacity and efficiency.
