Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. has been ranked as an unparalleled leader on the BTI Client Service A-Team for eight consecutive years. Through more than 300 in-depth interviews, corporate counsel revealed Chambliss' client service is in the top 20 percent of law firms serving the world's largest clients. The ranking is based on direct interviews with corporate counsel and identifies law firms around the country that excel in providing outstanding client service.
"No client is the same," said Mike St. Charles, managing shareholder at Chambliss. "We work hard at tailoring solutions that accomplish the specific objectives and goals of each client. This recognition for the eighth year is a result of our commitment to making each client a priority.”
The BTI Client Service A-Team is the only law firm ranking based entirely on direct, unprompted corporate counsel feedback. BTI evaluates law firm performance from the client's perspective and, according to its website, identifies "law firms delivering the absolute best levels of client service."
The study's methodology relies on over 350 independent, one-on-one interviews with corporate counsel to detail how over 315 firms perform along 17 key activities driving superior client relationships. Participants represent a broad range of industries, including banking, chemicals, consumer goods, energy, financial services, food and agriculture, health care, high tech, insurance, investment banking, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, professional services, retail trade, telecommunications, transportation and wholesale trade. The average revenue of the organizations with the highest legal spending this year is $12.9 billion.
