So, we are excited to be recognized for our efforts to improve the day-to-day service experience of our clients.”
BTI’s analysis measures top-of-mind recognition of more than 420 law firms based on unbiased, direct feedback from 633 in-depth interviews with corporate counsel at the world’s largest and most influential companies. During the course of the interviews conducted between March 2015 and August 2016, BTI questioned clients as to which law firms they associate with the nine brand-related characteristics driving the selection, consideration, and hire of new law firms. BTI Consulting found there are three core success factors clients rely on when sizing up a law firm: client's choice, premium, and innovation.
