Hugh Moore has been appointed by Hamilton County District Attorney General Neal Pinkston for an external citizen committee. The committee will oversee inventory and review recently discovered unprocessed evidence that has been stored in the Medical Examiner’s Office for up to 30 years. Hugh is one of five members on the committee and will assist in conducting evidence inventory to account for all unprocessed evidence in prosecuted homicides. The inventory process is expected to be complete by the end of 2016.
Hugh is a formal civil rights prosecutor for the US Department of Justice and serves as Of Counsel in the Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel Litigation Section, where he focuses on business litigation, criminal law, antitrust and trade regulation, and airport law.
