Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is pleased to announce that the firm has been ranked on the BTI Client Service A-Team for the sixth consecutive year. The ranking is based on direct interviews with corporate counsel and identifies law firms around the country that excel in providing outstanding client service.
"We focus on the business objectives and legal needs of our clients," notes Mike St. Charles, president and managing shareholder at Chambliss. "Tailoring our services to meet the objectives of each client is at the heart of what we do. It is an honor for Chambliss to be recognized for a sixth consecutive year.”
The BTI Client Service A-Team is the only law firm ranking based entirely on direct, unprompted corporate counsel feedback. BTI evaluates law firm performance from the client's perspective and, according to its website, identifies "law firms delivering the absolute best levels of client service."
The study's methodology relies on more than 300 independent, one-on-one interviews with corporate counsel to detail how more than 320 law firms perform along 17 key activities driving superior client relationships. Participants represent a broad range of industries, including banking, chemicals, consumer goods, energy, financial services, high tech, insurance, investment banking, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, professional services, retail trade, telecommunications, transportation and wholesale trade. The average revenue of the organizations with the highest legal spending this year is $18.2 billion.
