Willa Kalaidjian is a member of the firm's Business Section, focusing her practice in the areas of commercial and business transactions, environmental law, and intellectual property protection.
Willa advises clients on a wide range of environmental matters, including solid and hazardous waste management, air and stormwater permits, land remediation, environmental due diligence, and review of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment reports. Willa assists manufacturers in ongoing regulatory compliance efforts with state and federal environmental agencies.
As a member of the firm’s Startup Group, Willa works with startups and entrepreneurs on entity choice and incorporation, intellectual property and technology rights, and investment and financial transactions. Willa advises businesses and individuals regarding the protection of their intellectual property including trademark and copyright, licensing agreements, software development agreements, website terms and conditions, and other technology matters. Willa also advises telecommunication and electric utilities on strategic planning and business matters.
