Nate represents a wide range of clients — from individuals to billion-dollar companies — at the trial and appellate levels. He currently represents clients in disputes regarding construction and design defects, manufacturing and distribution contracts, personal injury, product liability, will contests, and accounting malpractice. He recently served as a law clerk in Fairbanks, Alaska for the Honorable Andrew Kleinfeld on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Nate tied for first in his class from William & Mary Law School, graduating summa cum laude with a number of awards. He served as the Senior Articles Editor on the William and Mary Law Review Executive Board. A successful member of the school's mock trial team, Nate won first place in the ABA Labor Law Competition (D.C. Region) and co-authored the first-place brief in the South Texas Mock Trial Invitational.
