Leah McElmoyl focuses her practice in the areas of estate, elder law, and special needs planning. Leah works with clients to identify and carry out their estate planning goals, paying particular attention to wealth preservation and family dynamics.

As part of the elder law and special needs practice group, Leah assists clients with specialized planning for children with special needs and/or elderly family members needing long term care, specifically including drafting special needs trusts.

Moreover, with a background in agricultural business, Leah is uniquely qualified to assist clients involved in agricultural-related fields with their unique estate planning and business succession planning needs.
