Jennifer Kent Exum
Jennifer Kent Exum is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Administration section. She has practiced law for nearly a decade, primarily in the areas of estate administration, estate planning, conservatorships, tax, estate-related litigation and general civil litigation.
Jennifer has represented in excess of 100 estates at one time – more than any other attorney in Hamilton County – through her past work with the Public Administrator. She is able to effectively administer estates of varying complexity, from simple estates to the winding down of a decedent’s business interests. Her focus on estate administration and litigation informs every aspect of her practice, as she sees firsthand the tremendous impact effective estate planning can have on a family and the devastating consequences which can come from a lack of planning. Jennifer works with clients to create legacies and provide for future generations. Her goal is to provide the best experience possible for clients, in terms of results and cost-effectiveness.
