Calvin B. "Cal" Marshall, Jr.


Cal Marshall is a member of the firm’s Health Care and Business Practice Groups. He works with clients on a variety of health care and business matters, including negotiating and drafting of employment agreements and service arrangements, HIPAA/HITECH compliance, data breach due diligence, fraud and abuse law, billing and practice management contracting and compliance issues, Medicare enrollment and payment issues, and compliance with state laws and regulations.

Prior to practicing law, Cal served for three years as an aide to several members of the U.S. House of Representatives. During much of that time, he served as a legislative aide, working on health care policy and government oversight matters, among others.

Cal was raised in Asheville, North Carolina. He moved to the Chattanooga area in 2011.
