Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. was named a top ranked law firm by corporate counsel for "making changes other firms don’t to improve the client experience," according to BTI’s Brand Elite 2017: Client Perceptions of the Best-Branded Law Firms, an independent report.

BTI’s analysis measures top-of-mind recognition of more than 420 law firms based on unbiased, direct feedback from 633 in-depth interviews with corporate counsel at the world’s largest and most influential companies. During the course of the interviews conducted between March 2015 and August 2016, BTI questioned clients as to which law firms they associate with the nine brand-related characteristics driving the selection, consideration, and hire of new law firms. BTI Consulting found there are three core success factors clients rely on when sizing up a law firm: client's choice, premium, and innovation. The methodology did not present responding clients with any named law firms for the purpose of this analysis, instead drawing out unprompted, non-suggestive client responses and recommendations.
